Getting Started
How do I sign up for Tangem Pay?
Once you pass KYC verification, your Tangem Pay account is activated, and you receive your virtual Visa card instantly. You can then deposit USDC on Polygon and start spending.
How many wallets can I link to my Tangem Pay account?
You can only link one Tangem Wallet to your Tangem Pay account. This wallet becomes your default for funding your card and managing your balance.
Please make sure to choose the correct wallet before you register, as wallet changes are not supported after onboarding. If you’re managing multiple Tangem Wallets, we recommend selecting the one you use most frequently for stablecoin transactions.
Is Tangem Pay available in my country?
Tangem Pay is currently available in the U.S., across parts of LATAM and APAC, and in several other selected countries.
We’re continuing to expand into new regions — if Tangem Pay isn’t live in your country yet, join the waitlist or reach out to our team to be among the first notified when it becomes available.
What do I need to get started?
To sign up, you’ll need to:
- be 18 years or older
- have a Tangem Wallet
- have a supported smartphone (iOS/Android)
- have a Valid ID to complete KYC
- provide your SSN (for US residents, a legal request under the BS Act and FinCen)
- have a residency address in one of the supported countries
Do I need to complete KYC?
Yes, a one-time identity verification (KYC) is required to activate your virtual Visa card.
We've designed this process with your privacy as the top priority. The verification is handled by our trusted card-issuing partner and is completely siloed. This means it applies only to your Tangem Pay account. Your main wallet's assets, history, and privacy remain completely untouched. Tangem never sees your personal verification data.
